§§(a) Terms of Agreement. RedLight Evolution offers to allow you to install this client and visit this
homepage http://redlightkal.com, conditioned on your agreement to all of the terms and conditions contained
in this Agreement and your compliance with the posted Rules of Conduct.

Your viewing of any page on this game client and website constitutes your agreement to all such terms and
conditions and your agreement to comply with the Rules of Conduct. To confirm your agreement, you must run the
"RedLight Evolution.exe" in the client directory(C:\Program Files (x86)\RedLight Evolution\). If you do not so agree,
you must not run the "RedLight Evolution.exe" in the client directory(C:\Program Files (x86)\RedLight Evolution\),
in which case you reject the offered terms of use and will not be permitted to play the Game.

§§ (b) Amendments. RedLight Evolution may amend this Agreement at any time in its sole discretion by updating this file or the homepage

(a) the amended Agreement, currently at http://redlightkal.com/license_agreement.txt , or
(b) the modified Rules of Conduct, currently at http://redlightkal.com/rules_of_conduct.txt Amendments to the Agreement and/or
modifications to the Rules of Conduct will be effective immediately upon posting. When reviewing this website you will be asked
to confirm your acceptance to any such revised terms and conditions. You agree to check this Agreement and the Rules of Conduct
periodically so you will be familiar with their content as amended or modified from time to time. If you do not agree to the
revised terms and conditions, you must stop viewing this website/playing the game and/or using RedLight Evolution services.

affiliates within the past 2000 years.

15. The ownership of all items and virtual goods will stay and always be the serverowners.
